Get connected through DABGO - Danish Business Summit 2008
The Danish American Business Summit organizers in cooperation with Danes Abroad Business Group Online (DABGO) have created a unique platform exclusively designed to benefit our attendees. Capitalize on your conference participation by taking full advantage of our online conference networking service. The purpose is to increase the opportunities for Danish-American businesses by making it significantly easier, more convenient and more effective to build international relations.

Use this free Linkedin based service to interact with your fellow conference goers prior to the summit by using options such as mails, introductions, invitations and posting questions.
Create new business opportunities, set up meetings with important new connections, and/or exchange contact information prior to the summit to be sure to connect while in Los Angeles.
What you need to do
Upon your Competitiveness in Action Business Summit registration you will be invited to join our online conference networking community and asked to create your own profile utilizing the features of Linkedin. You now have access to a tool that allows you to fully leverage your summit participation by expanding your professional network. Click on the link on your new virtual Linkedin homepage to browse or search your fellow conference participant's profiles. When you have searched and found a fellow group member you wish to reach out to, you can contact that member on a 1-to-1 basis.
About the service
The service allows each person to post as much (or as little) information about themselves and their professional history as they would like. Members of the LinkedIn can network with each other through trusted contacts, so you get not only the networking value from DABGO - Danish Business Summit 2008, but also from the larger LinkedIn community. Members have a special relationship to each other, and are identified with a Danish American Business Summit logo. Please note that your own personal email and phone numbers will not be published in this service until and if you allow it on an individual basis. Rather the systems functions as in-mails where the sender originally does not see the email of the receiver.
