To create interaction between attendees and speakers, we have scheduled panel debates with following Q&A sessions. The first panel will be on marketing using the retail segment as a discussion opener, while the second panel will combine innovation and technology to discuss how to be a successful innovator.

Kasper Arentoft, Team Leader / Coach, The Kaospilots
As Team Leader at the KaosPilots - international school for new business design and social innovation – Kasper Arentoft is responsible for the educational design, guidance of students as well as establishing contacts to international partners. Kasper Arentoft works primarily within the areas of innovation, business development and sustainability – and has a background as both project manager with developing projects in Eastern Europe, Entrepreneur with the company YalaYala and consulting within design and design-strategies.

Jay Boberg, Chairman & CEO, Liberation Entertainment
With an impressive career spanning over 24 years, Mr. Jay Boberg, has been responsible for discovering, developing and launching the careers of some of the most popular and influential music artists of the past three decades. Known for breaking new ground as an entrepreneur, Mr. Boberg has enjoyed enormous success in his career, including co-founding seminal independent music label I.R.S. Records, as President of MCA Records and now as CEO of Liberation Entertainment, a leading distributor of television and DVD entertainment content.

Juha Christensen, CEO, Synopia
Mr. Juha Christensen has been instrumental in the creation the mobile device industry. He wrote the business plan and led the negotiations that brought Nokia, Motorola, Ericsson, Sony, Samsung and others together to create the mobile operating system company Symbian and also ran Microsoft’s mobile platform efforts, bringing to market Pocket PC and Smartphone. As Board member of Trolltech, Mr. Juha Christensen led the company though it's IPO and until its sale to Nokia in January of 2008, Juha is a Venture Partner in Sunstone Capital, a Nordic venturefund with $350 million under management

Robert Fortunato, President of ForStrategy Consulting, Inc.
Mr. Robert Fortunato is a leadership and strategy consultant to some of the largest and most successful professional services firms in the world. He is also a sought after national speaker and facilitator whose highly interactive and engaging style often earns him a “best of conference” review by attendees. Committed to continuous learning and development, Robert regularly augments his degree from the Wharton School of Business with classes at Harvard, UCLA and most recently, a year-long program with an MIT professor.

Mike Grandinetti, CMO, Virtual Iron
Mr. Mike Grandinetti has developed key insights on how to address the unique challenges faced by U.S. and Danish technology companies in successfully commercializing their innovations. Mr. Grandinetti has helped lead four VC-backed software companies to successful exits. He is an on-going advisor to several leading Danish companies and has worked with several of the leading Danish and Scandinavian venture capital firms and their portfolio company executive teams. He holds a long-standing appointment at the MIT Sloan School of Management, with a strong focus on global entrepreneurship, and holds a faculty appointment at the Danish Technical University.

Peter Hartzbech, CEO, iMotions
Co-founder of iMotions, Mr. Peter Hartzbech has been acknowledged by Red Herring Magazine’s list of Top Entrepreneurs and iMotions has won numerous awards including AMcham Entrepreneurship Awards 2007. Mr. Hartzbech has taken on global entrepreneurship in remarkable fashion, having raised USD 4 Million in venture capital during the first 18 months of operation. Prior to co-founding iMotions, Mr. Peter Hartzbech advised start-up companies on strategic and financial issues from his position with Ernst & Young Denmark and Venture Cup Denmark.

John Jakobsen, Managing Director, LEGOLAND Parks
Having devoted 22 years of his career with the LEGO Company and LEGOLAND Parks, Mr. John Jakobsen has excelled in business development and management. He started his career in the LEGO Corporate Headquarter in Denmark during which time he held various positions within Global Market Research and strategic planning. An accomplished Danish executive, Mr. Jakobsen hold dual roles both as Managing Director of all LEGOLAND Parks world-wide and as General Manager of LEGOLAND California where he oversees all operations, marketing and long-term planning in a US entity.

Charlotte Jorst, CEO & Owner, Skagen Designs, Ltd.
With their austere faces and sleek metal-mesh bands, Skagen watches are among the more stylish timepieces on the market. Pursuing the American dream Ms. Charlotte Jorst left Denmark to start up Skagen Designs designing & manufacturing wristwatches. Michael Lindberg, CEO, Lindberg International
As CEO of Lindberg International, a marketing research company, Mr. Michael Lindberg believes that every good strategy begins with knowledge about customers, competitors and markets. With over twenty years of experience in the development and validation of human resource systems Dr. Ken Nowack is the developer of 360” feedback systems, assessment centers, performance appraisal and management development training programs - all proven successful tools for leadership development in the US and Denmark. Dr. Nowack is a licensed psychologist who has conducted research and published extensively in the areas of 360 degree feedback systems, health psychology, survey research, training evaluation, assessment and personnel testing.

Michael Putz, Director of Business Development, Cisco Systems
Mr. Michael Putz is a business strategist and architect currently focused on Cisco’s software and enterprise strategies. Mr. Putz will discuss how to use disruptive innovation as a growth strategy. He has collaborated with Clay Christensen and other researchers to analyze the impact of disruptive innovation on telecommunications, software and enterprise networking. The results of this research are summarized in the book Seeing What's Next (2004). He has also coauthored with Michael Raynor articles on the unique leadership challenges of disruptive innovation.

Dr. Roger Selbert, a business futurist, is a well-respected trend expert in the US and has a 25-year track record of economic, social and demographic foresight. He is affiliated with The La Jolla Institute, LatinWorks Marketing, and the American representative for the Institute of Market Analysis (IFKA) in Copenhagen. Dr. Selbert attended University of Copenhagen in Denmark and researched his doctoral dissertation in Denmark on a partial Fulbright grant. Dr. Robert S. Spich is a senior lecturer of management and international business at UCLA Anderson School of Management where he is a faculty member in the Global Economics and Management area. He holds a MBA and Ph.D. in management and international business from the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Spich has been named as Faculty Program Director of the Center for International Business Education and Research at UCLA Anderson.
